Brian Watt is the Managing Partner of 1634 Company, a Florida LLC. He and his wife recently moved to Winter Haven, Florida from Manatee County, Florida. Brian is a University of Illinois (Champaign-Urbana) graduate with a Bachelor of Economics degree and 40 years into the transportation industry. He has worked for railroads, trucking companies, brokers, and has been hired as a logistics consultant on many transformative projects in this business.
Debbie DeVore - HR Business Partner
Debbie DeVore is Brian Watt's wife and business partner. With a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, her background is 18 years in Human Resources for manufacturing, logistics, and other industries. Debbie has an eye for detail, and handles all of 1634's back office functions, including invoice auditing, billing, payroll, recruiting and onboarding, process documentation, business advising, and marketing. She also helps sell our services when we go out on the road to trade shows.
